Young Thug was presented with 100 acres of land by his manager as a birthday present. Now, Trey Williams, an Atlanta realtor, has revealed that the rapper is in talks to work with several engineers and architects. Young Thug will begin construction of new homes, a trail for bikes, ATVs and camping sites, as well as a state-of-the-art waterpark, after he has received approval from the city.

Slime Fest will be held on the land. Williams posted on Instagram earlier this month to announce Thugger’s 30th Birthday gift. “Happy Birthday to one my top clients @thuggerthugger1 My manager @geoffo212, and I secretly secured 100 Acres land for him and now he is building Slime City!”. “This is by far the best way to invest your money. @geoffo212, thank you for trusting in me to complete this deal.”

Young Thug has done several high-profile deals in the past including a 11,000 sq. buckhead home. He had previously purchased a seven-bedroom home for $2.75million 2016.
