The Top Spring 2022 Fashion Campaigns

Brands began rolling out star-studded campaigns since the first days of the new year. Cher starred in an Ugg advertisement. The actress, singer, and Twitter icon wore a pair fuzzy black mini boots the same day as her campaign with Sawetie for MAC cosmetics. Kendall Jenner was photographed on the Prospect Tower’s roof by Vinoodh and Inez, showcasing Michael Kors New York City-centric campaign. We’ll be guessing who the surprise model will be next season from the ads that will come out this season. We’re keeping an eye on them all here.

Tiffany & Co

Since partnering with Tiffany &Co, Blackpink’s Rose is living her teenage dream – the luxury jeweler that she fell in love with back in high school. K-pop star, 25, reported to duty again as brand ambassador. She displayed an 18-karat rose-gold pave necklace and other Tiffany Hardwear styles.

La Ligne

In the latest campaign, Laura Lee, singer and bassist in the psych-funk band Khruangbin brings a rocker’s edge with her rock-solid outfits. The musician is photographed by Anthony Pham, styled by Valerie Macaulay and captured in a dreamy backstage setting by Alice Martinelli.

7 for All Mankind

Cara Delevingne is not a person who takes things lightly. For her latest campaign with 7 For All Mankind, the model-slash-actress-slash-activist appears wearing looks from the denim and lifestyle brand’s spring 2022 line, the Take Flight collection. The embroidered, 1970s-inspired looks are shown in three images by Delevingne. But that’s just a small part of her involvement with this label. 7 For All Mankind, as part of Delevingne’s campaign and partnership, has donated to The Cara Delevingne Foundation. They also jointly developed content to raise awareness about the causes she supports, including Covid relief, women’s shelters, LGBTQ+ mental healthcare, and others.

Marc Jacobs

To enjoy Susie Essman’s Marc Jacobs campaign, turn up the volume. It features the Curb Your Enthusiasm star, a very pretty dog and, because the designer is full to the brim with surprises these days, some very ugly dog poop.

Gucci

Alessandro Michele’s fashion film, featuring Beanie Feldstein and Miley Cyrus as well as Jared Leto, and Jungjae Lee, continues the Gucci Love Parade. Marcus Piggot and Mert Alas captured Michele’s vision of a Dionysiac banquet to The Velvet Underground’s “Venus In Furs.”

Celine

Kaia Gerber is still a Celine fangirl. Hedi Slimane, a 20-year-old model, asked her to pose again for the brand’s Cuir Triomphe shoulder bag.

Louis Vuitton

Hoyeon Jung, a breakout star on Squid Game, posed alongside Samara Weaving and Agathe Rousselle for David Sims’s latest Louis Vuitton campaign. It is actually Jung’s third LV ad. The 27-year old starred in two of the House’s 2017 campaigns.

Jordache

Brooke Shields was able to escape Calvins after four decades of trying. Jordache persuaded the supermodel, 56 years old, to model her first denim campaign for more than 40 decades.

Shields stated that it was crucial for her to be able to see the 56-year-old body of Shields and that she would fight any retouching. The Jordache campaign was photographed by Cass Bird. “I’m always like: ‘You better keep your mouth shut.’

Jacquemus

Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican pop star, channeled Brad Pitt’s style by wearing a pink dress and flexing in it. This is his first campaign for high fashion.

Raf Simons

Raf Simons used Julia Nobis as a model to show off his deconstructions of the business suit.

Balmain

Olivier Rousteing’s 10th Anniversary Show in September last year was as rock concert as a runway presentation. He wanted to capture the energy of the event so he hired Marcus and Mert to shoot Balmain’s spring collection. This was the first campaign by the photograhers for the brand. Models Adut Akech and Naomi Campbell, Lara Stone, and others posed against the backdrop of La Seine Musicale. This concert hall was designed by Jean Nouvel.

Self-Portrait

Self-Portrait’s spring 2022 collection was shown at London Fashion Week. Now, the campaign has been unveiled. It stars Bella Hadid, and is photographed by Harley Weir. Han Chong, the brand’s creative director and founder, said that the ads were designed to bring out all sides of Bella’s character. Han Chong, the brand’s founder and creative director, said that it was a truly special day when she let herself go.

Givenchy

Givenchy’s spring campaign featured models Kendall Jenner and Ilias loopmans as well as He Cong. Josh Smith, an artist, added his artistic touch to the campaign. Matthew Williams, creative director, shot the shoot. This is the second major campaign that Heji Shin has filmed for Givenchy. Mixed media video focuses on Givenchy’s Kenny bag, while the models run through fields to count ‘Loves Me, Loves Not’ rose petals.

Burberry

Burberry’s spring campaign features a visual dialog between Chris Rhodes, a photographer who took candid shots of Burberry’s spring 2022 presentation, and Mert & Marcus photographed the designs on models in an studio. Riccardo Tisci stated that “As the world comes out of lockdowns, I wanted this campaign make people feel something, and that they could dream, feel young again, and be free from restrictions. It is a beautiful dance. It’s like an awakening.”

Hugo Boss

Hugo Boss appeal to a younger, global audience. As part of a major overhaul of their labels, the two brands released two concurrent ad campaigns. Hugo Boss recruited Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Future to lead the rebrand. Joan Smalls was also spotted wearing looks from the collection.

Coach

Coach decided to make its iconic brand emblem more modern because people no longer travel by horse and carriage. Stuart Vevers, creative director, printed the horse and buggy insignia on a Pop Art palette. This campaign was shot by Tyler Mitchell. It features Jennifer Lopez, Megan Thee Stallion and Parker Kit Hill. The ads, titled “That’s my Ride”, feature stars riding alternative modes of transportation. Megan Thee Stallion rides bumper car at a beach amusement park, Noah Beck thrillrides around Brooklyn, while J.Lo joins a group of BMX bikers from L.A.

Miu Miu

Finally, the micro-mini skirt that made the Internet lose its mind has a campaign. Miu Miu selected a group young creatives to model their collection for spring 2022. They evoked the casual, carefree spirit of the Italian fashion brand. The ads feature Emma Corrin, Ever Anderson, and Hailey Bieber. Hailey Bieber is seen in the tiny skirt that was heard around the globe.

UGG Rain

UGG asked Parris Goebel, a renowned choreographer, actor, and dancer, to test the shoes. Goebel is joined by fellow dancers Yuliana Maldonado and Taja Riley in the splashy campaign. They perform a choreographed routine which involves jumping up and swinging umbrellas. These shoes, which have the styles names Tasman X and Drizlita, are designed to be dance-friendly. Alexander McQueen

Steven Meisel photographed Alexander McQueen’s spring campaign. He used a model line-up that included Lucia Fairfull and Sora Choi. The collection’s black-and-white shots give it a McQueen-esque mood. Its sky prints and diaphanous dresses are shot in black and white.

Vivienne Westwood

Juergen Teller and his team of models, which included Lindsey Wixson (creative director Andreas Kronthaler) and Vivienne Westwood, toured the Spanish Quarter in Naples for Vivienne Westwood’s spring/summer 2022 campaign. Teller also street cast local talent to model the supersized pants with boots in stirrups, and one pair of stunning textured white shorts.

Prada Womenswear

Hunter Schafer, who plays Jules in the hit series’ season premiere on HBO, has made her most recent appearance in Prada’s spring 2022 womenswear campaign. Schafer was chosen as one of the faces of the Italian house in 2020, just a few months after Raf Simons & Miuccia Prada announced a new collaboration to design for the label. The actress, who is pictured alongside Selena Forrest and Julia Nobis, wears the feminine silhouettes for spring.

Kendall Jenner x Michael Kors

Kendall Jenner hails from Calabasas in California, but her love for Michael Kors’s New York City hometown has been documented in the American brand’s latest campaign. Vinoodh photographed Jenner at the Prospect Tower in Midtown Manhattan, wearing the label’s feminine silhouettes. Red carpet-ready, slinky gowns as well as eyelet-length dresses in the collection like this one are available. The woven straw Gramercy miniaudiere is also worth mentioning.
