Kanye West’s DONDA is now the second most popular Spotify track after it was released on Sunday morning. The 27-track album received nearly 100 million streams worldwide on Spotify in 24 hours, according to Chart Data.

DONDA is just below Drake’s Scorpion which broke the 2018 Spotify streaming record of 132 million. The JAY-Z, Francis and Lights-assisted track “Jail”, opened the chart too. DONDA was the No. 1 song on the US Spotify Chart, with 4.277 millions streams. It also set a new Spotify record.

DONDA was No. 1 on Apple Music’s Top Albums Chart in 152 Countries. It also became 2021’s most streamed artist and album in 24 hours, and the third most popular album in Apple Music. This is the #1 most popular debut of any song in this year’s US Spotify chart.
