The Jordan Brand Fall 2021 line includes the Air Jordan 1 High OG Prototype. It will be released just before the orange leaves turn. The Jumpman followed up with the new design, which adds to the growing number of colorways for the upcoming season like the Air Jordan 1 Low (White/Eclipse Bronze) and Air Jordan 4 (“Shimmer”).
The silhouette was announced back in June and has a colorway that looks similar to the Tune Squad team from Space Jam: A New Legacy. The toe box and panels are made of a white leather. Soft nubuck overlays in gray wrap around the uppers. While the tongue, main Swoosh, laces and heel have a black color, the base is made from a blank white leather. The collar has a perforated design and is made in sky and electric blue tones. Orange hints are also present in the tongue branding and contrast stitching at the ankle.
The “Prototype”, which is a completely irreversible option, allows you to remove the collar and transform the Air Jordan 1 High OG from a high-top to an Air Jordan 1 Low. This will be available for anyone who wants to emulate Chris Paul’s DIY Air Jordan 1 “Shattered backboard 3.0”
