Although your skin may initially appear red, it will soon feel refreshed and appear more awake.
- Do not loose your hair
Tie your hair in a ponytail or bun. This will give your face a more youthful appearance. Although we do not recommend a facelift for those who want to look awake, this simple technique can be used to make you appear more alert and put together for a virtual meeting.
- Try an ice-roller
Use an ice roller to conceal a tired look. Ever wake up with a puffy skin? The same here. To reduce swelling, you can ‘roll it away’. Apply something chilled from the freezer to your puffy skin. This will increase circulation and bring blood to the surface. This also reduces puffiness and redness.
