It would be a dream to get eight hours of sleep each night. According to the National Sleep Foundation 8 hours is the ideal amount that your body need everyday. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, adults should get seven to nine hours sleep each night.

We know that life can seem to slow down for anyone sometimes, so we are lucky to get five hours sleep at most. But it always manifest as heavy eyes or dehydrated skin. Sometimes it seems like there is no escape. Do not worry, we have some tips to help you get better sleep. Here are some tips to help you get more sleep if you’re struggling to get enough.

  • Reduce eye redness

Eye redness can be an indicator that you haven’t gotten enough sleep. Even if you get lots of ‘shut-eye’, red eyes can still occur, which could negate all the effort you made to look well-rested.
