The Winter Aperol Spritz
We can help you feel better about having to give up your Summer favorite tipple, the Aperol spritz. The perfect holiday romance is achieved when the cranberry juice and the fresh citrus notes of the Aperol, the Prosecco and Orange zest work in perfect harmony. You’ll be amazed at the results!
Preparation time – 5 minutes, actual making time – 1 minute. Servings – 1.
Ingredients:
- Zest of one orange;
- Aperol 2 parts;
- Prosecco 2 parts;
- Cranberry juice 1 part;
- Soda
Mix the cranberry, Aperol, and zest in a shaker. Strain into a glass with ice. Top with prosecco and then add some soda. If you have. garnish with cranberries, an orange wedge, and a sprig rosemary.
The Christmas Margarita
This festive cocktail features a traditional tequila base and it is blended with orange-flavoured liquor, lime juice, and cranberry juice. You’ll never look back.

Ingredients:
- Tequila 2 shots;
- Cranberry juice 2 shots;
- Lime juice 1 shot;
- Grand Marnier 1 shot.
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Serve over ice. If you like, garnish with a lime or orange peel and frozen cranberries.
Baileys Espresso Martini

- Baileys chocolate 2 shots;
- Vodka 1 shot;
- Cold espresso 2 shots;
- Coffee beans as garnish.
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Serve in a martini glasses. Serve with coffee beans.

- White rum 2 shots;
- Lime juice 1 shot;
- Apple juice 2 parts;
- Ginger Beer;
- Fresh mint leaves
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Add crushed ice to the bowl and sprinkle with mint leaves. Garnish with ginger beer and apple segment. You can make your mojito tarter by adding a little more lime juice.
Sloe Gin Bellini
This is the perfect brunch cocktail to open presents and lubricate those salmon bagels mid-morning. Sloe-secco is now the new prosecco.

- Sloe Gin 1 part;
- Splash of Casis
