Tommy Hilfiger’s Spring 2022 campaign “Make Your Move” features Grammy-winning, Golden Globe and Emmy nominee performer Anthony Ramos. Ramos showcases modern prep styles throughout the campaign in new silhouettes like the double-pleated chino and fresh patterns such as the mixed striped Icon sweater. All of this is done with an understated, collegiate code.

A diverse cast of talent is featured in the “Make Your Move” campaign, including models Luka Sabbat and Georgia Palmer, as well as Alton Mason, Liam Kelly, and Soo Joo Park. Polo Ralph Lauren launches a collection exclusive to Morehouse & Spelman Colleges

Polo has partnered with two HBCUs. The brand has partnered with Spelman and Morehouse to create limited-edition capsule collections that are inspired by their rich heritage and respected traditions. The brand’s first ever creative collaboration with college institutions, this unique collection honors the history of both schools. It also aims to expand our portrayal of the American dream.

Polo will also release a companion film, “A Portrait of the American Dream”, which focuses on the history and founding of HBCUs. Spelman and Morehouse provide a unique perspective through which Polo shows how style can be used to express aspiration, self empowerment, and resistance. The film was shot at Morehouse College’s Ray Charles Center of Performing Arts and premiered on March 28.

Malone Souliers presents the Bridgerton Collection

Malone Souliers, a luxury footwear brand, has launched a new campaign in celebration of the launch of its exclusive Bridgerton-inspired capsule collection. The classic Malone Souliers styles, such as the Maureen or Frankie, are recreated in luxurious materials that refer to characters from the show. This is just the beginning. The Marguerite in Lace Mesh features an Empire-line silhouette with delicate velvet bow embellishment. Meanwhile, the Sonia Sandal comes with a stunning plume of electric Blue feathers that are inspired by the hats featured on the new season. Even the capsule collection includes men’s styles.

There are a number of slip-on silhouettes for dancing and courting, including the Alberto loafer in delicate turquoise suede, and the Rene slipper in dark navy floral jacquard. This is inspired by Anthony Bridgerton’s wardrobe. Mary Alice Malone is the founder and creative director. “I’m so excited that this new collection will be available to the world with an Anthony Bridgerton-worthy level in drama,” she says. “We had so much fun creating this collection and getting inspired from the show’s amazing costumes. I wanted to capture that energy for the big reveal.”

Kim Kardashian Swimwear!

The Internet’s favourite basics designer, Kardashian, has just added swimwear! Kardashian announced her first swimwear release via Instagram and Twitter on March 18. There are 19 styles in the initial swim launch, including long-sleeved, crop-sleeved tops, bike short unitards and classic triangle tops. They come in seven solid colors, which includes the skin-toned Skims tops as well as cobalt, periwinkle and cobalt. Kardashian refers to the pieces of the collection as “Lego”, with the idea of customers building their own sets according the parts of their bodies they wish to accent or cover up. Kardashian has teased the drop via social media for weeks. She claimed that she had to stop spoilers because she wanted customers to be surprised. BOF was told by the mogul that she has wanted to swim for a long time.
